What will your typical day look like?💪

Generate customer quotes in consultation with the DM Fulfilment manager, place inventory requisitions, clear and receipt inventory and arrange shipments to execute on-time deliveries to customers.

Develop an efficient and accurate system for monitoring all open purchase orders.

Deliver a weekly purchase order report to management regarding progress against promised delivery dates.

Act as DM Fulfilment’s communication point, working with the accounts payable and receivable teams on any pricing or invoice queries that might arise.

Attend to ad hoc queries and requests that might assist with the fulfilment of customer orders in a timely and accurate manner as well as receiving payments on time.

Requisitos

Degree in Engineering or Administration;
• Work in dynamic and challenging environments where quality and delivery time are of fundamental importance for customer satisfaction;

Advanced English (Spoken and Written) not negotiable

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Proficient knowledge of an ERP system (Oracle desirable)

Strong mining industry knowledge and experience in working across various functions, businesses, and regions
